In anticipation of a contract award, we are looking for a Top Secret cleared Data Analyst who will support enterprise decision‑making by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing operational, financial, and workforce data. This role develops dashboards, automates reporting processes, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and introduce emerging technologies such as AI and automation.

Hiring Timeframe: Upcoming

Work Location:  This position is onsite in the Reston, VA area. Seventh Sense will support your commute by contributing over $1,500 annually to your Transportation FSA. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using business intelligence tools.
• Automate data workflows using SQL, Python, and ETL processes.
• Conduct financial, operational, and workforce analytics to identify trends and support planning.
• Partner with teams to define data requirements and improve data management practices.
• Document processes, maintain datasets, and support technology integration initiatives 

Required Qualifications:
 

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or data management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Desired Qualifications:
 

• Experience in government, regulated industries, or complex enterprise environments.
• Background in financial, acquisition, portfolio, or workforce analytics.
• Familiarity with automation, AI‑enabled analytics, and data governance.
• Experience developing automated reporting solutions and enterprise dashboards.
